Outlook 2016 appointments not updating

I have tested my Exchange setup and all settings seem fine.

To get the latest update, open Outlook for Mac, go to the Help Last Updated: March 1, 2018 ISSUE When you convert an Appointment to a Meeting for IMAP or POP accounts, the invite is not sent.

This issue first started happening in version 16.10.

Based on customer feedback, Outlook will remove body changes from triggering updates to all attendees.

STATUS: WORKAROUND Until a fix is available, you can work around the issue by reverting to an earlier version/build before Version 1802 (Build 9029.2167).

In the meantime, you can either select a different account under the "From" field when you convert to a Meeting or you can create the "Meeting" directly (instead of converting it from an Appointment).

Exchange itself is usually not the root of the problem, the mail clients (Active Sync, i OS devices, Blackberries, i Cal) and their connectivity protocol tend to be the culprits. For instance, if someone accepts a meeting at 9am on an i Phone and a delegate declines it at am on a PC, but the i Phone is out of signal range and doesn't sync the meeting until say am., what happens to the meeting?

I have a user, (1 user only out of 23) whose i Phone will not sync his calendar events, but only when made on the phone.
